Legal Policy – Bit Binders

At Bit Binders, we are committed to conducting business with the highest standards of transparency, compliance, and professionalism. To safeguard the interests of our company, clients, employees, vendors, and partners, the following policies must be adhered to strictly.

Careers & Placement Vendors

We are aware that some external agencies, vendors, or individuals may falsely claim to conduct campus recruitment or job placements on behalf of Bit Binders.

Please note: Bit Binders does not authorize any third-party vendor, consultancy, or recruiter to conduct placement drives or make employment promises without a written agreement from our HR department.

• Any such claims made without an official Bit Binders communication are fraudulent.
• Bit Binders bears no responsibility for promises, offers, or commitments made by unauthorized vendors.
• Candidates and institutions are strongly advised to verify any hiring-related communication with our HR team at info@bitbinders.in before engaging further.

Non-Solicitation & Talent Protection

Bit Binders invests heavily in nurturing its talent pool. To protect our employees and the integrity of our services:

• Clients, vendors, and partners are strictly prohibited from soliciting, hiring, or engaging with Bit Binders employees during their association with us, as well as after the termination of a project or engagement.
• Any attempt to hire, contract, or otherwise engage Bit Binders’ employees without written consent will result in legal action.

Third-Party Vendors & Engagement

For certain specialized roles or services, Bit Binders may engage third-party vendors or partner companies to support project execution.

• Vendors and clients working with Bit Binders are bound by strict non-circumvention terms.
• Clients and vendors may not bypass Bit Binders to work with each other directly for the current project or any future projects without prior written consent from Bit Binders.
• Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of contract and subject to legal remedies.

Work Contracts & Engagements

• Bit Binders will not commence any engagement without a valid work contract signed by both parties.
• No obligations for payment or delivery arise unless legal enrollment and contractual formalities are completed.
• Vendors and clients are advised not to undertake any work until a formal agreement or Purchase Order (PO) is issued.

Invoices & Payments

• All invoices must reference a valid Purchase Order (PO) issued by Bit Binders.
• Invoices without a corresponding PO will be considered invalid and returned unpaid.
• Payment timelines will be clearly outlined in the contract, and Bit Binders will not assume liability for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate invoices.
• Vendors are required to provide accurate banking details at the time of enrollment for timely processing of payments.
